When patients are deleted from the SilhouetteCentral database via SilhouetteCentral Desktop or SilhouetteConnect, the records for that patient are retained and can be restored to the working database. This is useful when a SilhouetteCentral Desktop or SilhouetteConnect user accidentally deletes a patient from the database. In the Reactivate Patients screen, you can reactivate patients that have been marked as deleted.
Note that patients deleted via SilhouetteConnect before they are synchronized cannot be recovered as they will not appear in the Reactivate Patients list; it will be necessary for the SilhouetteConnect user to first synchronize with SilhouetteCentral.
In Admin, select Data Management > Patients > Reactivate Patient. The Reactivate Patients screen will be displayed:

Next button Once a patient is selected in the table, click Next to reach the second step of reactivating a patient.
In this step, you can select the unit patient should be assigned to. If the patient's original unit still exists in the working database, it will be selected in the dropdown by default. If the unit doesn't exist anymore, the dropdown will be empty and you will have to assign the patient to an existing unit. After assigning the patient to desired unit, click Next to proceed to the final step. A summary of the changes made will be displayed. Click Cancel to cancel the process, Back to go back and make changes or Finish to restore the patient. Once you click Finish, you will be asked to confirm your choice. |
